In this episode, Emily & James visit with Edurne Pineda, head consul of the Mexican Consulate in Oklahoma City. Consul Pineda explains the history of locating a Mexican Consulate in Oklahoma City, the services offered by her offices, and the tensions arising from the Trump Administration's diplomatic posture towards our neighbor to the south.
Along the way they discuss tariffs, immigration, and drugs and what the two countries can do to address these issues together.
